Submissions for the CIT News Online
The CIT News Online is published 4 times a year. We encourage all types of submissions related to interpreter education in either written English or in ASL video. To submit a video, you can upload a file through this site. The CIT webmaster will be in touch with you if there is any need for editing the video. In between newsletters, we will be sending out monthly CIT Briefs
Submitting Written or Video Articles
To submit a written article, please send it as a Word, RTF, or HTML document to the CIT Webmaster. (Use for documents up to 5 MB.) To submit a video, please contact the CIT Webmaster directly to ask about the best way to upload a video. We have just begun to use an online filesharing service called DropSend which allows for passing back and forth large files. To submit the video, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
A Note on Video
This site generally uses the format of QuickTime for displaying video. However, feel free to submit video in whatever format you wish. Larger files will take longer to upload, but can be compressed with higher video quality for display.
