    2. 2020 CIT Conference in Minnesota – seems that the Graduate hotel will provide what we need. Discussion of the August dates for the conference so teachers can incorporate the ideas they learned. Maybe in 2022 can have it early October instead of August or during Halloween
    3. Jay Krieger – Discussion of the voting system at the conference. Discussion of technology that is short range around 200 feet RF (radio frequency) that is not Wi-Fi dependent and not used on cell phones. It is used by a USB in a laptop that then all the signals are directed to and it will collect the votes and have them ready to show in about 30 seconds. The results will show up on the screen as to if a motion passes or fails. The same concept is with the officer elections. The nominations chair would see then give the results to the members. A test run can be done first to make sure everything is in working order. Then the meeting can begin.

For 150 $1,095 for 200 $1,295 for one day. This is to rent the equipment for the conference use.

The hotel AV person will need to work with Jay and Jessica to make sure the screen switching will be smooth.
