Hello.  I’m Doug Bowen-Bailey from Duluth, Minnesota.  I serve as the board geek, or more formally the Director of Technology and Communications.  My focus is on the web site and the newsletter and helping to figure out how we can use technology to meet CIT’s goals.  One of my emphases will be incorporating more video on the web site so that we can show CIT’s commitment to recognizing that ASL is a language on par with English.
